First time on here, great forum. Also new to ISF. Have found one online I’m looking at. 2009 but not yet sure if it’s a factory Torsen LSD. How will I know that? Heard they went in after august 2009? Listed below are the upgrades. Do any of these (suspension and headlights/lsd) pose more of a problem or benefit do you think? Taking away original genuine nature and harder to resell? It does look mint, and they say it is so maybe an enthusiast in Japan owned it. Shipped to NZ. Cheers

- Genuine 2012+ SACHS Suspension
- Genuine 2013+Headlights
- Genuine Torsen LSD
- Aftermarket INJEN Intake elbow and filter with heat shield.
- Toms throttle controller (disconnected)

 

In 2010 is when the Torsen LSD began to be installed in the cars.

The newer differentials were a straight bolt in, no issues - I did it in my car which is an 08.

If you can't drive the car, then you can look for the sticker on the differential

Intake is garbage. Best intake for these cars is OEM. But you can change that back to stock. As said above, the 09 did not come with a torsen, and they are expensive on the second hand market. Make sure it’ll lock both wheels up.
