Default Rear rotors wearing quickly

Hi everyone I'm from Australia,

I bought my 2011 IS-F last year with a full Lexus service history with 135,000km (84,000miles)
Rear rotors and brakes were replaced 4.5 years ago at 107,000km (65,000miles)
So it has travelled approximately 28,000km (19,000 miles) on these rear brakes and rotors
And it's already worn down the brake pads to 20% and the rear rotors are lipped with 26.6mm of thickness left.

Some things to note, according to the service history (only dates back to 5 years), is that the front brakes have not been changed during this period.
Front rotors are still at thickness of 29.8mm, and pads down to about 50%.

What is the life expectancy of the rear rotors? I was thinking that the front brakes would be wearing more quicker than the rears?

Car is not tracked, and rarely on highways.
I do have crappy rear tires, so the traction/stability control is often lit during hard acceleration. Which I have heard can cause premature rear rotor wear?

I've had mine 6.5 years now, average 8k miles/yr, and I've replaced the front rotors and pads once. Other members have stated rarely servicing the rear pads too. Sounds like they might have input the data incorrectly.
