Those that have followed my build thread may recall I have a theory that my full splitter is restricting airflow and frying my o2 sensor harness after a track day. Previously I have gotten a P2242 code that was resolved by replacing the o2 sensor and harness. So last time I replaced it but added braided heat sheathing. Well 2 days after the event I periodically get a P0101 code.
A more thorough report revealed a number of codes. Freezeframe data also attached. So internet mechanics, you think it is still the o2 sensor harness?
Do you know when those DTCs first appeared? Looks a lot like a harness issue - getting cooked by headers or something else underhood and melting the insulation.
That is still my continued theory. Long term fuel trims are very negative. Going to clean everything and cross my fingers. But I still think need to replace the PPE extenders along with the o2 sensor and harness. This is the third o2 harness I've burned thru, all of them triggering code within 48 hours of a track day.

Pretty sure we've conversed on facebook about this. I just got around to replacing my O2 extension harnesses due to intermittent P2241 /P2242 this weekend, the extension harnesses I pulled off were hard and brittle.
On my drive home this evening P0101 popped up. I have always had very negative fuel trims with the RR tuned intake(-15-17%). I've inspected the intake, reinstalled it several times, checked for vac leaks, measured the engine pulling a healthy -24mmHg. The only thing that fixed the issue for me was going back to the stock intake and using either stock or the RR tune. I did get in contact with Simon who revised the tune, which got the fuel trims to +1.5-3%, but then I lost 2-3 points of KCLV and showed more knock so I went back. I think i will give it another try now that I've replaced the extension harnesses
Speaking of KCLV, since you see the similar fuel trims. Have you ever noticed the low load KCLV show knock and drop getting back into very light throttle at 30-50 mph?
I think going back to the stock airbox and RR tune or stock tune will get rid of the P0101 code. I have not seen any of those other codes pop up.
Thanks for the reply. I ordered the K&N fikter recharge kit as well as new PPE extenders but have not done either as I was going to wait until after my last track day.
That was Sept 18 and the code hasn't popped back up (yet). Still runs a little rich still (based on fuel trims).
if the code comes back then I'll clean the filter and replace the extenders.
As far as KCLV, that seems fine and hovers around 24-25 with very little movement.
I'll be interested if you make any progress. Good luck!
