Hey all. Wanted to post up a clip i put together of my car with ppe equal length headers and greddy titanium exhaust.

I know alot of ppl are on the fence about spending the extra money for equal length. I can tell you after 6 months of running this set up, i love it. It sounds nothing like a domestic car yet still has that signature v8 rumble that we all love about our F cars. I guess it has an “exotic” tone at mid to high end range. I havent heard too many exotic cars in person but any of you that have please chime in.

Drone is there at the normal range 1.5k-2.5k but its livable and I went into this modification with that mindset that there will be some pros and cons in doing so.

I hope this thread can be of some use to you guys looking at this setup as I wanted to give back to this community as Ive learned so much here.

Thanks for the vid your exhaust sounds awesome. I was wanting to add headers to car but I currently have a Hayward exhaust on it and sound clips of Hayward’s with PPE unequal lengths it was way too loud. I wonders I feel the equal lengths and the Hayward would make for a more refined sound and I would also want to run it with cats to reduce the noise and egg smell. How was the fitment with your PPE equal lengths and greddy setup

 

thanks. The equal length headers will be much louder at the mid to high range. They give off a higher pitch tone than uel headers but imo its quieter than uel with normal driving (so i can be loud when i want to).

the fitment was spot on. Hard to beat that PPE quality.

Ive wanted to hear hayward and scott with equal length. I think it would sound friggin sick tbh.
