Speaking of this bracket and bolts.......I just changed my oil last week and heard something rattling around when I was looking under the car checking things out and turned out that one of these bolts for the exhaust bracket had backed out and was laying on the plastic shroud. When I examined the bolt a good portion of the threads were stripped. I put teflon tape around the bolt as a temporary hold until I could buy a new bolt.

Do you think I should just buy the bolt of the whole exhaust bracket like what was shown above in the OP pics?

Thx

Looks like the threads in the transmission are gone. New bolt won't fix that. Need to do a thread repair on the gearbox. I would use a Timesert, but others will choose a Helicoil. I am unimpressed with Helicoils after using them more than a few times and having constant issues with them.

oh sh!@......😒 any idea how that would happen? I haven't messed with those bolts that I could remember I don't even think they were taken off when I put my headers in just the side that connects to the header in the exhaust🤷‍♂️

Do you happen to have the part# for this bolt with captive lock washer and washer?
I am chasing down an intermittent exhaust vibration and noticed the rubber inserts on this front hanger are completely plasticized. Looking to replace hanger and mulling over whether to replace the bolts too.
Thanks.

I did have it fixed when I had some service done last year sometime. The mechanic at the dealership I use re-threaded and put a new bolt and washer in for me. I don't have the part# though.
