does this seem rather cheap or about right?

~25k miles, 2008 for ~27,XXX
did this car belong to anyone on the board? or anyone know anything about it? i'd probably get the car shipped if i bought it. i'd prefer a 2011+ but there doesn't seem to be many.
this one looks in good shape and has low mileage. i don't see a carfax linked from the dealership so if anyone has an account right now with unlimited look ups, it would be appreciated

1) Run the Carfax. Value should scale with # of owners and sunbelt vs snowbelt usage.
2) Create an account and run the VIN at "drivers.lexus.com". Toyota/Lexus dealers store an amazing amount of information there.
3) Request photos of engine compartment (missing from current lineup). Look for signs of modification, specifically airbox/intake. Spiderweb OEM wheels are from MY's 2011-2012, so those were definitely swapped at some point.
4) If all looks good, request a full PPI at a nearby Lexus dealer. Expect to pay ~$400.

Anyone saying this price is high, is high themselves and more than likely only have a ISF because they bought a 120k plus one in the teens.

Can you get a newer F with higher miles for cheaper? Yep. But this is a nice example, maybe $1-2k high but still very clean for anyone wanting a low mile F. Prices in the used market are in tumble right now, snd people aren’t swarming lots, so they may very well be willing to negotiate.
The only thing odd is it has the 2010-2011 wheels. Just due your research as mentioned via lexusdrivers and get a second eye on it. I remember buying my 08 with 30k back in 2016 and I could have gotten newer but my car looked absolutely pristine, just like when I sold it at 100k with freshly repainted bumpers(just due to rock chips and bad diffuser take off). Good luck!

Wow, a 2008 with only 25k miles! This one is loaded: ML/Nav of course, but also headlight washers and parking sensors. To me, that car is priced accurately for the current market. Looks to be in good condition from the photos. Interior is immaculate...look at the plush carpet on the OE floor mats. If I was shopping and the 2008 fit my mission statement, I would proceed as follows:
1) Run the Carfax. Value should scale with # of owners and sunbelt vs snowbelt usage.

is there a way to remove a vin after you add it if you're just checking out the service history?

Heck I have a 2010 with 30,000 miles in absolutely original factory condition and can't get any interest at $27K. must be the economy. So is it high? no its priced right. its seen 10% of its use and its less than half original price. its a good buy.
Went to the Lexus Owners site. Looks like the car has spent int's entire life in Pennsylvania, that's a good thing. All recalls were done, that last being on 8/13/19 when the milage was 23,405. So mileage looks accurate. No red lights on the Lexus performed services. Regular services were not done by Lexus. This is OK by me, I don't do services at a dealer, I do them myself.
As for price, I think it's a screamin' deal IMHO.

Agreed killer deal for basically a brand new ISF! Motor isn't even close to being broken in yet. What other car can you get for this price that offers what the ISF does for $28k? I'd say go for it
I prefer 2011+. Didnt mind higher miles to get the year I wanted. This was 2.5 years ago
But with that said, right now it seems there are fewer and fewer nice F's for sale. Something to keep in mind
If I were looking for one right now, I doubt I'd find something I really liked as quickly as I found my 2011
