Headers or secondary cat delete-same hp gain???

I have a 08 iSF with stock headers and primary cats in
place-I do not have secondary cats or a reasonator
-have a 3”Cartreats Midpipe into stock OEM exhaust.Car also has Injen cai -what mod has most gain headers or secondary cat delete???

gonna go out on a limb and say Headers. If you are really wanting to most gains, go with a full cat back exhaust, then headers. Stock manifolds and stock exhaust have lots of restrictions. Just my opinion though.

I would guess you get at least about 70% of the performance of headers by gutting stockers..

EDIT - I misread - headers (or gutting) will give you the biggest gains.
