It looks like the bung has been cracked and some one welded it back in cut the splash cover off the sensor so you can see more .Have you a GOOD 02 socket tool makes all the difference good luck.

its in the garbage now.... put a new o2 sensor in and all is well.

thought i would update the location pictures of where to locate and unplug o2 sensor inside the vehicle.
