Default Running rich and loss of power

Hey guys, Ive got a MY10 model ISF with Injen intake, Xforce cat back, factory manifolds with primary cats and a custom tune. We talk KW instead of HP in Aus and when tuned is made 288RWKW, just did a health check on another dyno and AFR's are 11's on WOT and power down to 238RWKW, different dyno aside ( I know they all read different) its running super rich and my cats have been really stinking lately.

Im thinking along the lines of faulty o2 sensors, havent scanned it yet but no CEL or any other lights present, no actual real noticeable loss in power when driving, just the number on the dyno is way down.

Thanks in advance if anyone has there thoughts

Be sure the MAF is clean and there isn't a crack on the mount for it - or some other problem causing it to not seal properly. The other thing to check is the PCV valve and see if there are issues with blowby. You wouldn't want that, but it's worth taking a look. If you have access to OBDII tools to see tuning parameters, it might be worth taking a look at your O2 sensors to make sure they are reporting correctly. Techstream can help you with this, but there are other widely available tools now for checking this kind of stuff and they're pretty cheap. Techstream is not even close to cheap if you get it legally.

Just checked out everything, Im getting air sucking through the plastic slip in connectors on my RR racing oil separator, so Im pretty sure Im getting un-metered air past the MAF....

X-force exhaust sometimes leaks at manifold connection (at least mine does) - could be exhaust leak? That could explain the stink too..

What did you use to find out the AOS was leaking? I feel like my AOS could also be leaking.

Just got my AOS kit and haven't installed it yet but I've personally never had good luck with push-lock fittings sealing properly. I went ahead and converted it to crimp on AN fittings and braided hose. Just need to cut the hose to length and reinstall the hose finishers once it’s on the car. If you guys want part numbers let me know. I’ll give you the non crimp style part numbers since they require a special machine to install.

If you have an AOS, disconnect it, reset your Ecu, and see if that fixed it.
