Will these wheel fit without lowering

I am looking to purchase wedssport sa20r wheels
front 19x8.5+38mm
rear 19x9.5+38mm
any ideas if they will fix and how they will look

Yes, they should be fine (especially at stock ride height). Take a look at post #45 here for reference.
