The Tire Rack shows 18x8 +45 Rajin available for the ISF, so an 18x9.5 with the same offset would likely be ok. I'm running the PF01 in 18x9.5 +45 all the way around.

My Plan is to run 265/40/R18 18x9.5" all around, I just want to confirm that it would clear the big brakes on the IS F.

Offset im not so familiar with so its
a lower offset # that would have poke?

Ex. +35 vs +45

I found a pair made for a WRX same bolt pattern, but different Offsrt

^^^you are correct on the offset. +35 will "poke" out exactly 10mm more than +45.

Good luck finding a picture of Rajins on a IS F. Look everywhere but you might have better luck than me.

If it's the PF01 you're interested in, here are pics of my car: https://www.clublexus.com/forums/is-...el-set-up.html

To the OP, the way to know for sure is to test fit the (front) rim to the car before having the tires mounted. So you can return 'em. Doesn't work if you're ordering tires pre-mounted.

Not in particular I'm just interested in seeing people with 18" wheels with beefy side walls. No rim style in particular

I see trend developing of more guys going with 18 inch rims for the lighter weight more side wall better ride quality. I think I'll be doing that route as well especially with the poor roads in the New York City tri-state area. Lighter up sprung weight suspension performs better car accelerates faster. With right rims and tires you can save between 9lbs to 10lbs per corner. My winter tire setup 225/45/18 square set wow noticeable difference in acceleration and the way suspension performed.

Yeah I've always loved beefy sidewalls, just makes a car look more planted and aggressive.

18"s don't look bad at all, I was considering downsizing for the simple fact that seem like a simpler task to achieve a beefy setup on them as opposed to 19 and having to deal with rubbing or having to fender roll

Was at the drags a few weeks ago, mm 2008 w/ bronze ze40s in 18 x 9.5/+45 & 265/35 MPSS. I'm lowered on Ohlins coilovers. There were 3 other fs there, two were on the popular staggered 20 combo (9 & 10, +35 offset) & 255/30(?) - 275/25 and lowered on BC coilovers.

One of the dudes on the 20s commented that my wheels "look kinda small". (Not the first time i've heard this tbh.) The other guy asks how much tire I've got on the front, then comments that he rubs unless his coilovers are adjusted uncomfortably stiff. Then we compared time slips (insert smile emoji).

Mike - I went with the same wheel/tire setup on my F. Thank you for the inspiration! I saw your photos and feedback and knew it was right for me. I'll be putting it on this week along with Mu HC800 pads and the Figs oil cooler. I'm so excited
