There was a lems Video i watched a while ago that seemed like the paddles were much much more instant to react didnt seem faster however. For the TCU's that control the 6HP transmissions in e9x, e60, e8x bmw's there was a programmed delay given it was a big one, it was noticeable when it was removed. I'll see if i can find the video Im referring to.
