Default Silencers X-Force style mufflers

Before I go and re-weld my stock mufflers on, has anyone used a 'silencer' on one of these styles of exhaust? I always thought it was ghetto but I found the idea on this thread, https://www.clublexus.com/forums/is-...-20-bucks.html

The drone on this exhaust is driving me insane.

that thread pretty much tells you everything , now as far as anyone using them on the x force is gonna be very limited since not many have that type of set up

Do a google search for "Borla Venturi" . Some have tried these venturi inserts with some luck to reduce the drone. It doesn't change the volume of the exhaust, but does get rid of some of the drone.

I have no experience with the bazooka system, but you could try what I did.. measure the inside diameter of the exhaust outlet with a Vernier Caliper, and find yourself a silencer that will fit inside. The borla outlets are 2" exactly, so these 2" motorcycle silencers fit perfect.
