Does anyone have any luck with reducing inner front tire wear with any of the aftermarket bushings, control links or arms? And if so any recommendations?
^^^^That's NOT true. The RRRacing USRS and Figgs LCA Bushings are two competing products for the same application. Slightly different designs. Figgs uses OEM style billet housings and replaces the bushings. The Figgs are available in different durometer ratings - 80 & 90. The USRS uses an RRRacing designed housing and the durometer rating is 95. Take your pick.

Is higher durometer softer or harder? What if I want a smoother, but compliant ride (not track focused)?
^^^^The higher the durometer measurement the harder the polyurethane is. I have the RRRacing unit and like it a lot. There is more NVH, but for me, the added feel and complete anti-dive is totally worth the trade off. Maybe the softer Figgs ones are for you, or just stay with the stock bushings.
Mine, however, has squeaky noises when slowly going over a speed bump or a dip during the winter when the weather drops below 60F, even with the recommended lube. Moreover, the ride feels stiffer during the winter than summer. The ride is firmer but more compliance than factory bushings as they were a bit soft for my taste. My travel highway is relatively smooth, but I can see it can be bothersome on a rough uneven pavement.

^^^^Agreed, mine squeak every now and then but only when the temps are in the 30's and below......I haven't re-lubed them since I put them on so that might help.
I have Figs front LCA bushings in both pivots. Yes, they occasionally make some noises especially in the cold. They have eliminated inner edge wear even toed out 0.04 degrees on both sides. I plan to replace the rear LCA polyurethane bushings with the bearings and put the poly bushes on the GS F. I have the 90 durometer units and I did not notice an increase in NVH when I installed them, but I did a number of things all at once (Giken diff spool and diff bushings) so everything was a little different once it got back on the ground.
I have no reason to believe the USRS would be any different. I chose Figs because I wanted both LCA bushings replaced, not just the rear bushing.

What do you think about bushings vs bearings?
I want a softer ride, but more compliant ride. It seems like the RR-Racing version is more track oriented

If your goal is a soft ride, stick with the OEM bushing. It is soft and intended to provide the softest possible ride vs. anything else. If you want better braking performance (less toe out under dive), and longer tire wear but are concerned about NVH and ride quality, get the 80 durometer bushings from Figs.
