Dear God, thank you for today's cold front... and for these forums. Lol. I was SO sad/cold/miserable all the way to work thinking, that of all things my "$80k luxury sports sedan" could have wrong, it'd be the damn heater.

Agreed. You shouldn't be losing coolant rapidly. It takes years for coolant volume to fall from evaporation.

I'd flushed the system last year with water, 20% Toyota Super Long Life, and Water Wetter, since coolant is a considerably less effective as a heat transfer medium vs. water. She was just a smidge low, not even a pint, I'm pretty sure from insufficient burping from said flush.

same here. It was the valley plate. This happened to prior owner. Fixed before I purchased.
