Question Weird noise?

As the title states. I can't seem to figure it out? At first I thought it was the water pump bearing but the sound doesn't seem to be coming from the water pump. It almost sounds like a pulley bearing issue but not sure? It isn't affected by engine rpm. No power loss. Need help...

Time to take the belt off and start spinning pulleys, water pump etc. Could be the belt tensioner let us know what you find.

UPDATE: Before I took it into the "stealership" I used a long screw driver and pin pointed where the noise was coming from. It did came from the belt tensioner. It was pretty loose. After tightening it up, noise is all gone. This makes me wonder if the Lexus techs who did my recall ever touched my tension pulley?

That's the problem with some of these dealerships. You never know who ends up working on your car.

When I had a nail in the tire, I took it to Lexus of Pleasanton (back in 2013 when I lived in CA) and the dumbass kid who took dismounted the tire off the wheel scratch the wheel on the inside.
