Can I go from Royal Purple to Mobil 1??

Ive been using Royal Purple form most of the time Ive owned the car. But for no apparent reason, I would like to go back to use Mobile 1 oil. I have 70k on my car.

What you guys think? I would like to know if its is safe to do it? No? Why? If yes, there are extra steps to follow?

Yes just change the filter as well use the same weight oil eg. 5/30w cheers.
