Brake grooves/warping problem?

Check and see if the holes are junked up.

If yeah then get a drill bit and free those holes by poking them through to unclog em

I guess that's another reason to stay away from drilled rotors And another reason Lexus went to slotted rotors on the GSF and RCF

Indeed. There is nothing good about drilled rotors at all. Yes, this wear pattern is completely normal, I have four sets of front rotors using OEM pads, Carbotech 1521s, Project Mu HC+800s, and occasionally Carbotech XP12s all showing the same wear patterns.

Ask yourself a few important questions:

1. Does the car stop predictably from all speeds?

2. Does the appearance of the brake discs impact their mechanical performance?

3. Is it worth money to replace something because it works well, but does not look the way I think it should?

The answers to these questions will guide you to what you need to do next. Personally, I couldn't care less what the brakes look like as long as they stop the car predictably. YMMV.
