Default Oil change before track?

Planning on doing a 1-day track event this Friday. I did my last oil change about 1,700 miles and two months ago, did one track day and curious if I need another oil change for another 1-day track event?

I usually take it to the dealer for oil changes, about $120 worth the piece of mind ?

I plan on flushing brake fluid regardless. $100 fair price?

Thanks in advance

Don't bother with the oil just hit the track brake fluid that depend when it was last changed and with what fluid enjoy.

Im no track junky but I wouldn't bother with an oil change just for a track event. I would just go regular intervals like usual

In making a decision here I would also consider your oil temps the last time you went to the track. I know that one time when I went to the track, the oil temps started creeping up, not into the danger zone, but significantly higher than normal. If I am expecting to do a full day at a track where I go on every half hour I might think about putting fresh high quality oil. I do my own oil changes so not as big a financial burden, but then again, going to the track can easily run you several hundred dollars in terms of fees, gas, wear and tear. On a really good day you can go through a significant amount of brake pad wear and tire wear, so $120 for oil is almost a pittance.
