Default 150k Mile Maintenance

As like most of you, I want to keep my F running on the road until the wheels fall off. With two young kids running my life, I'm finding it a lot harder to find time to work on my car. I've done the regular maintenance on my car myself (oil changes, rotors and pads, cabin filter, etc), but I'm now approaching 150k miles and I'm debating on taking the car to the dealer this time around or having a mechanic friend of mine do the maintenance at this point. I know the user manual calls for a coolant flush at 150k miles, but I'm pretty sure I should get other things flushed or replaced. Here's what I'm thinking:
  • Coolant flush
  • Brake Fluid flush
  • Spark Plug change
  • Rear Dif fluid drain/refill
  • Transmission Fluid drain/refill

Those of you who are past the 150k mile mark, what have you gotten done maintenance wise? Is there anything else I should do? Any belts I should have them replace? I'm assuming if I go through the dealer, everything is going to cost me an arm and a leg, but I just want my car to run in tip top shape as long as possible. I use my car for daily driving if that makes a difference.

TIA

I would check all the ball joints and grease the sway bar bushings.

Just an FYI plugs should've been changed around the 100/105k mark.
