how do I turn the heat off on driver's seat?

 

Roller switch at your fingertips on the console ranges from Red (heat) to Blue (ventilated).
In between you will feel a detent and the guide light goes off. That should be Off. The light
is the same for either heat or cool but off is off.

What those 2 guys are trying to say is that is is the ISF forum....can't really help you out on the '10 ES350. But shouldn't be rocket science. The manual should be in the glovebox also. If not, buy one from the dealership. Could be useful for you later on.
