running the stoptech f/r pad setup without changing to new rotors. broken in per instructions and I have 0 vibration. I would second those who have mentioned improper pad transfer .
99.9% of brake vibration problems are function of uneven pad layer transfer. As we have discussed many times on this forum, rotors DO NOT warp. If you want the smoothest braking experience possible bedding in pads to rotors properly is the only way...
This is exactly correct. Also note that if you're installing new pads on new rotors it is most important that you do not come to a complete stop with your foot on the brake the first couple times you get the brakes hot. This will almost always end up laying down a pad imprint and cause judder.
If you already have pad deposits or a pad imprint causing judder then going to bed or re-bed is not likely to make anything better. You're going to have to drive the car normally for a while to scrape away the excess pad material and then you can try to re-bed the brakes.
