Lcf 2019?
I an avid Lexus driver. I've been burned by BMW's poor reliability and made the decision years ago reliability was more important than (perhaps) a cooler car. A couple of years ago I bought an RCF and the car has exceeded my expectations. I was curious what your team has heard on a potential LCF. I love the LC500, but since it has the same engine as the RCF and GSF, I see no reason to change vehicles. What's the word on the street?
rumors are saying a twin turbo 4.0 v8 pushing about 600hp or more, we will see. Toyota is real reluctant and slow in going forced induction...probably due to reliability? unlike the germans, and now even the italians are embracing it fully.
I made the same decision years ago too. My e46 m3 left me in over $15k debt in maintenance. I too hope Lexus will make the LCF a possibility. I also heard that the new toyota supra is suppose to come out either late this year or the next.
I too can't wait for the LCF or either ISFv2 or whatever. LC500 is smooth and luxurious but no better performance compared to the ISF/RCF/GSF isn't much of a sales pitch as to why it's $100k.

Have you sat in an LC yet? I spent some time in one when my ISF was at the dealer for an oil change. It does feel like a $100k car... it's very much a GT car though, which is not at all intended to be as performance focused as an F car.
