Yeah but rr racing says they plugs run a few heat ranges colder make the car run better from what I've been reading

Have any of you changed your own plugs? I need to change mine and have heard it can be a little bit of a pain. I've always done my own in the past but nothe sure with the F.

i changed mine out a few months back and yeah it is a pita. Followed the tutorial that someone posted on here. Now I know why Lexus charges $800 just to do them.

Almost due to do mine, the engine bay is extremely cramped so things have to be unbolted to get to them. You'll definitely need adapters and extensions.

Modified for truth. Just finished valve lash inspection and changed plugs at the same time.

My maintenance schedule says valve lash inspection every 60k miles. I ran a little long this time, I have 134k on it now.
