I have an Xforce exhaust and it never did get that real secure fit on the passenger side connection from the header to the exhaust so I'm going to start there and get the battery bench tested. Of course this has to happen when I have a broken leg FML! Thanks members for listening to my rant👍
Sorry to hear mate. Hopefully it is an easy fix but regarding the exhaust, XForce. I have an XForce too and have a few warning issues VSC, Limp mode etc. Im sure an antifouler would fix it, they are cheap enough to pick up. Xforce actually sell one as well part # was BNG08. They fit in the original sensor spot so the sensor doesnt detect the higher flow from the aftermarket exhaust

well I will test the battery tomorrow for sure the battery date is 3/15 so maybe the red tops to suck lol. I just got done doing the doughnut gasket on the passenger side which the exhaust was pretty loose in front of the O2 sensor and then disconnected the battery for 10 minutes reconnected everything and sure enough backing out the driveway all the lights came back on. now my code reader keeps saying bad connection with USB port. I really hope she doesn't have to go to the stealership.

load testing is best. I use the Solar BA9 and love it but any parts store should be able to test it.

battery bench tested was a success nothing wrong with the battery even trickle charged it up. Started the car and sure enough all the traction and vsc lights are all on. What I found weird also is that when you have the car in park the P on the dash shows for a few seconds then goes off then back on every 20 seconds or so. Also theirs no battery light on for a failing alternator? any advice will be appreciated? Also thinking about putting back on my stock exhaust but that isn't what I want to do.

Bad wiring or bad VDIM ECU. Looks like a connector is loose to me. Anything serviced on the car recently?

I've heard a lot of failures and positives with the optima red top, Im a few months into mine and so far no problems...

Why not take the battery out and return it to the store for a new one rather than taking it to store to store for a test, that should eliminate that problem all together... I know I bought mine at pep boys and they carry a 3 year replacement warranty.

When you first start the car in the morning, do you feel that the battery was weak in starting the car? I know mine did that twice and the third day it was dead, bad cell AAA wouldnt warranty a six month old battery because I wasnt the original owner. I do turn my ignition on and move the car in and out a lot due to not wanting to fully start my car up, Im sure thats what killed it so quickly.

I'm not the original purchaser of the battery I bought the car off a forum member who was the original owner and had the battery replaced on 3/2015. The car starts fine never hesitates. What battery's do people recommend I'm thinking off just getting another battery and throwing this 1 in my commuter car.

How about interstate batterys? Or who makes the oem factory ones that Lexus uses? But just to give everyone an update I just drove the car 20 miles it runs perfect just have all the VSC lights and traction lights on going to see if my buddy can clear it with the tech stream because my OBD2 scanner doesn't read any felt codes.

I'm big believer in AGM batteries. I have a Bosch Group 24 AGM from Pep Boys:

If you know the previous owners information the battery you have still has the replacement warranty. Just get his information and take it in for a replacement or test at autozone. My battery died and had previous owners info went to Walmart provided such info and got a new battery .
