Sam we are happy to hear you are happy with your tune. Please feel free to reach out to us if you need anything or have any questions.

should be a no brainer.
Chris, we are sorry you feel this way. If there is anything we can do aside from the communication you already have with Frank please shoot us a PM.

We aren't making any excuses but the reality is Frank is a one man shop who has another full time job. So the new developments are not coming as fast as we would like. If you are in the tuning industry you know of Frank Smith and his history and what he is capable of. We are responsive to our customers and any inquiries posted on this forum. If we have updates we are sure to post them.

"We tune Porches, Lambos and Bimmers! Oh you got a Lexus... maybe if there's time... but probably not." Yes we tune almost all makes and models, but not sure about this comment. We do not turn down any Lexus customers as long as we can tune the car. A paying Lexus customer is the same as a paying high end vehicle customer.

TTFS what ever happened with your proprietary flash and logging tool? What about the transmission flash? And what about the stock tune vs tuning of your shop car dynos?

All new development was delayed and now is temporary on hold. Aside from all the models we can tune in house and remotely we have no further updates for the time being. We no longer have our full time employee so Frank is doing everything on his own. Right now getting tunes out to paid customers is priority. The upcoming season is downtime for us, that and hopefully some assistance will allow Frank to get back to new development.
