Hey guys, I'm looking at a 2012 ISF with 20k on the clock. For anyone with this year model, do you experience any issues? What should I look out for? Also, the seller is asking for $41k worth the price?
Is everything original and clean history? Based on the year and miles, the price is great! For reference, my 2012 with clean history, 2 owners with 32k miles was a little under 40k (before tax/title/lisc) in February 2016. No issues for me so far.

The seller showed me the carfax and everything on the car is original. From a paperwork standpoint, everything looks good. But it's the price that gets me...$41k for a car?? Yay or nay?
If its the color combo you want, and the tires and brakes are good.... I would say its a good price but see if you can get another $1k off.
Color combo is white on black, perfect. Seller just replaced the tires, pads, and rotors. I got him to come down from 44k so I dont think he will go down any further.

Exactly what the dealership was asking when I bought my 2012, $44k. Got em down to $41k (before tax, tags, and title fee's). Had to travel 12 hrs away to get it though and it was the exactly color combo Id been looking for, with 1 owner and low miles (21k) so had to dive in it. Honestly I would have paid the $44 even if they didn't come down....just not many excellent options when trying to buy this car so no time to waste haggling too much. Plus the gave me brand new OEM Pilot Super Sport tires, fresh oil change, full detail, clear bra, and full tank of gas upon pickup....I was game! Seems like you're getting about the same since the previous owner changed the brakes, tires etc. I say go for it, price and mileage is right if the Carfax checks out, etc. You won't regret it.
Amazing that you could find one of these cars with that few of miles. Remember this is 2016 and people have a tendency to drive their cars, so 20,000 miles in four years is pretty low. If it is the right color, pay whatever it takes.
Also, if you want a hot rear wheel drive V8 Toyota your choices are pretty limited. If you want to read something interesting follow the RC F and GS F websites. Both of them seem to be big heavy boats.
My guess is that the IS F will be the one that holds it's desirability. The fact that it has fewer gadgets is a big plus in my book.
Pretty sweet deal, low miles, fresh tires/brakes, great color combo (especially when tinted), don't see anything wrong here. Pull the trigger and join the movement.
