I have noticed in the short time owning my car, 2008 upgraded to 2011 headlights that when turning on the high beams, there is very little to no difference in lighting output. It is easy to see when your lights are facing per say a wall and watching them turn on. But in the road not the case. Also while I am on that subject I did read forums and never came to a conclusion if you can get your adaptive lighting back on an 08 with 2011 my headlight switch. Help?
I have the same setup and the high is the same lol maybe it's just how it is?
You retrofitted 2011's on your 08? I hope someone can chime in on this and maybe shed some, no pun intended, light on the subject that has done the swap or knows what could be wrong

I am not sure I read anything in the forums in regard to this. Only about the AFS light that won't stop flashing. If you are pointed at a wall and hit the high beams you can tell they get brighter but it doesn't come through on the road
