I just picked up a 2011 isf and i have a few questions regarding interior lighting and some exterior.

I dont like the green around the climate control/navigation. Are those bulbs twist in or are they all soldered in?? Same question for the push button as well as steering wheel controls.

Outside mirror bulbs i believe are 194? Correct me if im wrong

Fog lights..whats better oem 2014 leds or morimoto led units?

What can be done to improve headlights? Clear lense swap and better bulbs?

Most interior bulbs are 168 or 194. Mirrors r use those bulbs too. The rear dome one and back up light are different I forgot the codes

 

I believe there used to be a few guys who did soldering of the lighting for the navigation, temperature, and radio functions, but I haven't seen anything in relation to that in the forums in awhile. From pics of those who've done it, it does look a lot more modern and gives it a nice look. The green makes it rather somber, but it was what we were stuck with.

As far as exterior, jspecvtec hit it on the head. The majority will be 168 or 194 bulbs. I would just get a 5k or 4300 look for a nice bright white. Concerning the LED fogs, the members, including myself, who have them, love them. Light output isn't as wide or deep as the ones pre 2014, but they do beam bright enough to give a nice display on the road.

 

I just ordered some morimoto led fogs and osram xenarc cbi bulbs to get things started. Eventually i wanna convert the green in the interior to white leds. Thabks for the info guys.
