What brand of conventional? Like I said we use Mobil conventional and I've run it in a few of my previous vehicles with no issues and no sludging.

 

I am sticking to conventional since its what's recommended.. I use to put RP or Amsoil in all of my past cars.

I don't think the OPs question has been answered and I am curious myself.. I don't care what the dealers use, so what is the OEM brand of conventional.

 

^^^^If you must use Toyota motor oil (although I don't know why anybody would) it's this:

As you can see there's both conventional (again, I in this day and age I don't see why folks are still using conventional oil) and synthetic.

Personally I use Pennzoil Ultra Platinum when I can find it or Pennzoil Platinum in both my truck and F. Since I live in a very warm climate I use 10W-30.

Dealer said they use Mobil 5w-30 which makes me feel better. I suppose I should just stick with what they recommend anyway.
