Ditto. It took me a while to find a SFP in my price range. Saw a couple MM (silver) I almost went after. Cargurus helped in my search. I still get their daily emails.

I looked at 12-15 of these in California over a year period before I finally did a search in other states. I am extremely picky and none of the cars in California, Arizona, or Nevada I looked at were "extremely clean", or "super clean" as advertised.

Ended up with my '13 in December of '14 with 7032 miles on the clock, but it did cost me $44k. One owner car (obviously) out of Kansas. They said it sat through the winter and had only seen rain one time. When I got it home it was spotless underneath, just like the rest of the car.

I definitely thought so. Several '12-'13's I looked at were priced between 47k and 50k with 22k-30k on their respective clocks, and nowhere near as clean as this one.

Here in New England its a bit too much I've seen few '12s for around $40k with roughly those miles

Yeah, I see now. Back then was a good price. I am looking for one myself 11-12 with up to 50-60k miles, dont want to spend more then $35k tax included. One I was looking at localy has been for sale for 9 month now lol (since May), price was all over the place from 34 to 42, ended up selling on 2nd dealers auction for 33 and change....still for sale by some dealer in other state....9 month without owner, its crazy.

I traded my 11 SFP with 53k miles on it to a Caddy dealer for $35k back in July. It was mint and I even left PPE headers on it cause they were too much to remove. It sat for 6 months a recently sold to a member here in January for $35k. They priced it at $40k and just continued to reduce it every month. U can def negotiate the hell out of these cars in certain areas.
