Happy new year F'ers
So as I was driving in to work this morning, my CEL started to pop up and not too long after that the VSC (when your vehicle is loosing control) comes on. I have swift spring with OEM set up. I also installed headers (8 months) and JoeZ (2 yr) exhaust. Still have warranty on the car for another 2 yr but wanted to know what's going on prior to taking it in to the dealership. If you have experienced this before or know what's going on, please share...
Thanks in advance

I guess it wasn't the VSC but the Clip Indicator Light.

I could likely be due to the headers if a code readers spits out an A/F bank sensor. It happened to me a few months after I initially installed the headers. I forgot the exact code but it's likely due to your A/F sensor going bad (as a result of the header install). You can get rid of the code and the cel doing the following procedures:
https://www.clublexus.com/forums/is-...ml#post2539716. This will get rid of the code and clear your dash and you'll also get the use of 1st gear again. I've done it about 3 times already (and each times during my oil change I keep forgetting to check under my car lol) . Each time I've cleared it, it comes back about 5k miles later.

This is the reader I bought:
Amazon.com: INNOVA 3150 Diagnostic Code Reader with ABS/SRS for OBD2 Vehicles: Automotive Amazon.com: INNOVA 3150 Diagnostic Code Reader with ABS/SRS for OBD2 Vehicles: Automotive
. If you're in the Alhambra/San Gabriel area one of these days I can also scan it for you.

It's throwing 2 codes
P0139 & P0157 I think they're both O2 sensor behind in the exhaust....
I guess my next question is that should I replace them or keep clearing them when they pop up?

Make sure the O2 wires are not twisted. I remember JoeZ talking about how that could be an issue and could throw a code. If they are twisted....you may be able to unscrew them from the pipe and put them back without any twist in the wires to see if that fixes it,

Found the post by JoeZ:

Inspected the installation of the Two Secondary O2 sensors and found that the wires were wound up.
These wires are critical and should have no resistance on them what so ever.
They always need to remain free & clear with out ever being twisted together..

I was also able to clear the CEL with a code reader yesterday. Looking into buying one for myself.

Bumping this because i had my CEL and VSC come on today. Scanned the codes and it came back P0137 and P0157 which are o2 sensor low voltage codes bank 1 sensor 2 and bank 2 sensor 2

Did you resolve this by simply untwisting the wire or did you replace the o2? What are the part numbers?
