Will the new Titanium intake eliminate the valve cover venting just like your current racing intake?

That said, I promise the price will be significantly lower than the LEMS intake from Japan. I also think ours will be better since it is mandrel bent, not pie cut. It is EXTREMELY difficult to make a tight mandrel bend in thin wall titanium pipe, that is why you see the pie cuts on titanium intake and exhaust... but of course having a smooth mandrel bend flows better.

Yes Sir... I see no purpose whatsoever to plumbing the valve cover vents back to the intake. We will provide new silicone braided hose and a blue K&N vent filter.

Pipes are complete, working on the aesthetics this week. We will do it differently than the LEMS, probably do the heat tint not as deep (long), but at both ends of the pipe.

Update: So today we finalized the color effect. On Tuesday next week we are getting the intakes back from the polishers, and then they go for coloring.

We will also probably apply a ceramic clearcoat as a final step just to make it easier to clean and take care of. All clamps will be stainless steel T-bolt style, and of course silicone connectors, silicone valve cover breather hoses, and genuine K&N breather filter.

As far as delivery... Due to Thanksgiving shutdown of our supplier who is doing the final finish coating, they will not be ready until 2nd week of December. Definitely in time for the holidays, but a bit delayed.

Sounds great Rafi.

Nice Xmas present!

Look forward to some photos and pricing once it's been finalised.

Cheers.

Yes, finally an update!

It was a pain to get the right heat tint "burnt" effect, but I think we finally got it right!

Two pics below are the results. Let us know which one you guys think looks better:

The first one looks way better. It has more symmetry, with the colors at each end.
