How close to disaster do you want to get? 13.2:1 is the magic number for NA engines running good fuel.

Not even close want to be from disaster! Ive seen stock dyno pulls with a steady line of 12.0 afr ??? On our particular car, apparently
He likes to be in the fueled side rather than lean 13.0 !!!! Thats why i ask!

Not exactly. Lexus runs very rich at WOT to be sure the engine never detonates at WOT and they never have to replace an engine under warranty for running too lean. There is quite a bit of room to take out fuel and gain power, but the risk factor increases as it gets leaner. 13.2 is generally accepted as a practical limit for an engine in good tune with good fuel. Some guys have got away with 13.4, but I would not run that on the street, only on a race engine.
