The OP is from Canada, these are the going rates for ISF's here now, due to the exchange rate.

The deal the OP posted is a fair deal, definitely not "too good to be true" here in Canada.

Exactly.

1 USD is 1.33 CAD at the moment so converting the Canadian price back isn't really relevant.

(Unless someone from the US is buying the car). I did this a few months back but it was an older car, not sure if it would be more difficult to import something newer.
