Default ISF totaled

Havent been on the forums for a long time.. Back in April my wife was on the way to work... lost control, hit a fire hydrant and the car is now in heaven My son was not in the car, thank God, and my wife luckily only had bumps and bruises that healed in about a months time. I was in Japan when it happened and my heart stopped when she called me from the accident. Im returning to the states soon and getting a new ISF to start over with stay tuned.

It's always sad to hear news like this. As long as everyone's ok, that's what really matters. I have to live with permanent injuries every day...

Glad she's ok. Looks like it was a pretty dramatic accident. Good luck with your search.

Very glad to hear she was not terribly injured... that is all that really matters. However, I can't believe all that damage came from just a fire hydrant.

I happy to hear your wife is ok. I too am surprised a hydrant can do that much damage. Hydrants have shear flanges at the base of it. The barrel and operating shaft are designed to shear off in the event its hit by a car. Unless the hydrant is very old well than that's another story. None the less, glad to hear the car was the only thing lost.

wow seriously. What kind of fire hydrant did she hit? haha. I'm glad everyone is ok. A car can always be replaced.
