Check out crzyeng.com. They make chassis mounted custom diffusers. I spoke to them about the full aero kit for the ISF, but it was pricey.

Thank you for the photo! Wow, it looks top notch. Just as I thought it has several mounting points. Probably no need to glue or tape anything on the bumper. And from the length of the fins, its likely functional. The price though...

 

That orange ccsr looks awesome. And the real diffuser looks great!

Still, it's too pricey for me. Great quality piece no doubt.

it looks like it uses a strip of double sided tape but majority is hardware...

 

Very nice! Really held tight in place under the car (9 hardware bolts). The double side tape is probably just for getting the back of the diffuser to not have any gap to the bumper.
