Hi folks,

i am looking to get rims and tires but i cannot tell what offset will get me a rear wheel lip.

i am interested in TSW snetterton or TSW monaco wheels but i want the widest rear lip i can get.

Is there a certain off set that carries across all rim makers that i need to look for? I did search the forum and see a lot of D2 wheels but they are out of business.

This topic is covered once a week, and you can seriously get overwhelmed with information about wheels and fitment. If your goal is to have a wheel that has some lip to it but won't require any fender modification, you can accomplish this by staying close to the OEM sizes.

If you go with a rear wheel at 10" in width or lower, and stay with offests between 40-50mm, you will have no fitment issues and plenty of rear lip. Those are conservative specs that fit. Of course this is a very general rule and assuming you're not lowered or running super wide tires.
