Is the new alternator charging correctly? I know remans are hit and miss.

I didn't spend a lot of time looking but a bunch lex and yodas use an overrun clutch on the alternator which can and does fail often.
If yours has a plastic cover at the pulley pop it off and verify the shaft is indeed spinning with the pulley while engine is running.
IS#50, GS, and a bunch of others have it and when it fails the alt output can vary substantially or be zero and many don't notice its a mechanical failure of the drive vs a fault inside the Alt itself.

The IS F also has a one way clutch on the drive.

Interesting the we both had the alt fail with such low mi.
