I was in exactly the same position as you and went with the 2010 as the low mileage and like new condition more than made up for the minor upgrades to the 2011 and up. There are so few of these around the world that getting super picky may mean you don’t get one.

I'm biased as I have a 2010 but when I was looking I was specifically looking for a 2010 for the dual symmetrical gauges and the LSD, Gen 6 HD Nav/Bluetooth.....the 2010 fit all that criteria. I wasn't worried about the led lights on the 2011+ and the suspension changes as I was going aftermarket on the suspension and you can always get aftermarket or OEM lights to fill that void if you so choose.

With 31k on the clock I would jump on it TBH!

I have referred to this post more times than you could count, thank god it exists. Helping me choose the ideal year, 2011-12 seems to be the sweet spot.

@JDMV8 Don’t forgot to add the updated LED fogs on the MY14

@lobuxracer Interesting new car feature for the 2013/2014 , which likely explains the difference in part numbers, we identified..

3. Differential
The differential carrier has been made lighter ensuring vehicle driving performance.

On my 2012, it’s on my steering wheel

Is this referring to the "LEXUS" badge that normally appear on the lower left of the trunk face?

Thanks for the quick reply!

I have a line on a bone stock 2014 with 130,000 kms that I'm seriously considering. I've thought of my current 2014 IS350 RWD as a 6 cylinder ISF, but I'm hungry for the V8!!

The 2014 ISF I’m looking at is Nebula Grey, with matching painted spoiler. I thought the 2014 had a carbon fibre spoiler, am I mistaken?

No, you are not mistaken. It should come with a very expensive to replace CF spoiler.

Is this the one listed in Vancouver? I believe it's actually a 2013 since it's been listed in the past. It's missing the F headrests and alcantara centre console too if it truely is a 2014.

Is there a traction control difference on the later years where you can disengage the traction control while rolling instead of while at a stop?
