This could be your solution, I would try it.

 

No, it won't. That's not for a Torsen spool. Torsen's don't shudder. Ever. The shuddering isn't related to the spool here, it's the tires. And FWIW, my Giken TCD doesn't shudder, shutter, or stutter ever and it's a clutch type spool.

 

A lot of people get the torsen diff mixed up with LSD with clutch packs, there are no clutch discs in a torsen diff only cogs.

 

I experience the same "shudder" when turning from a stop at slow speeds, been doing it since day one. Haven't been overly concerned by it.
