Grooved rear rotors?
i installed new oem rotors at the same time last year. new pads as well at the same time. its the same brand pads but front is made from ceramic and rear is semi metallic. ive noticed that my front rotors are smooth to my fingers but the rears , both are grooved as if its warped. i remember i use to smell some burnt rubber smell sometimes awhile back but not sure if its related to this. the only other thing i can think of is that i adjusted the Ebrake to be tighter but i think our cars have brake shoes for the ebrake.
any track guys have insight on this?

My rotors at my last track inspection were similar. They wouldnt pass my tech inspection unless i changed them. Granted they were fronts, but heavily grooved none the less.

I wouldn't fail you for the grooves, they're inconsequential. However, the cracks are not at all inconsequential. Still, that rotor meets Lexus standards for acceptable. The limit is 30mm from end to end or from hole to root or hole to edge. My rotors looked a lot worse before I retired them.
