Hey all, I just got myself an 08 ISF. I came from a modded 335i coupe manual. Had to sell my bimmer because I needed more doors. My baby girl had to go into a refacing convertible seat that my coupe just wouldn't fit. The ISF isn't quite as quick as my 335i but its definitely a very nice sporty cruiser. Plus I got a smokin deal through a buddy. He was gonna trade it in for a S6 so he let me have it for what the dealer offered him on trade. 08 w/ 40k miles loaded for $29k and a steak dinner at Maestro's lol. I'm hoping the ISF is as reliable as everyone says it is. My 335i was fast but left me stranded a few times.
BTW anyone every meet up in Phoenix AZ area?
welcome, consider I/H/E bolt ons for some huge gains. You can get a 2011 ISF steering ECU, get it calibrated and its an improvement over the 08 steering ECU.

Congrats! I'm a fellow BMW lover and came from a tuned 135 to the ISF. Stock for stock the ISF is definitely faster, but with JB4 it goes to the bimmer. I'd prefer to have good performance stock out of the box along with Lexus reliability.

I'm hoping to get I/H/E sooner than later but got to save a few bucks as I usually purchase my vehicles cash so my car fund is somewhat depleted after this purchase lol. Plus my wifey is still not very happy as she wanted me to get a Honda Accord (Even though that was never happening lol). Thanks for the welcome everyone! People seem pretty cool here so far.
