headlights washers go off with windshield wipers
hey guys
noticed lately when i use my windshield washer the headlight washers go off it only happens ones
if i keep pulling on the windshield washers or try to clean again it wont do it
it will do it again only if i try to wash the windshield within 5 min

It is programmed to wash headlights, every so many uses (like 10 or so). I'm sure someone will chime in with the exact number.It is written in your owners manual on how it works. I also believe the lights have to be turned on for this to happen.
I think "lobuxracer" invented a work around for this as well.

I did a long time ago for the IS350. I'd have to revisit it and see if the same method and wire colors apply to the F. More than likely they do.
I want to say I used that same guide for my F and it worked. I couldn't stand that "feature" and I'm perfectly fine with the washers working independently of the wipers (which is to say, I don't ever use the lamp washers).
