Embarrassing question...

I am a vintage muscle car fan and can tell you the year and model from a distance but for the life of me can not tell the 08 from the 11 ISF apart...
Other than the led drl's and the culster.

I know the headlights change , dash board., alot of 2008 doesnt have nav though it was an option thinhs like that

I havent seen any ISFs without NAV. The major differences from 08 to 11 will be the headlight LEDs, Gauge Cluster, Sports mode button on steering wheel vs on below on the dash, all leather interior vs two tone/material on the 11s, steering wheel has a blue bottom on the 11s, no lexus badge on the rear of the 11. The suspension is softer, and I think the LSD is different.

Every year Lexus has further developed the IS-F

The changes that really matter (IMO) between the 08 and the 11are:

Torsen LSD
Re-tuned suspension - rides slightly softer and performs significantly better at the track
Electric Steering was re-calibrated/reprogrammed for better overall feel
