Default Removing rear exhaust tips?

I am going to plasti dip my exhaust tips tomorrow. Is the exhaust tips hard to remove?

If you're just plastidipping them, you can save yourself some time by simply taping off the surrounding area and peeling off the excess once it cures.

looks like they are held in place by 3 bolts

They are a PITA to remove with the exhaust still on. I can be done but the access to remove the upper bolt is difficult and then you have to maneuver it to clear the mufflers to get it out.

As suggested, tape off the paint and just do it, much easier and you can easily remove an over spray from plastic dip. There is no downside this way and it will save you time.

I took mine off to powdercoat them, there are 4 bolts on each one. Just take off the bumper, takes like 5 minutes.
