Intake- Best one there for the ISF and where can it be purchased
Catback Exhaust- Not looking to spend 5k on a catback but the best bang for the buck
Headers- Best one out there, and what should someone charge for labor to put these on
Diffuser-
Rear Spoiler-
Front Lip-
Yellow Fogs- What to purchase 3k HID and a film???
Tuning- Lexus is locked for tuning correct?

No ecu tuning for lexus...if you are really into tinkering with motor headers and exhaust are all you will be able to do.

Intake- best is subjective, but Joe Z's intake is highly favorable here on the forums. It can be purchased throughCarson Toyota.
Catback Exhaust- JBorla is one of the few that I know that are catback. Joe Z/PTS and ISS are companies that make them catless and are highly regarded. Also, Joe Z/PTS can also be purchased through Carson Toyota.
Headers- PPE and Sikky are the lone US manufacturers for the IS F headers, unless you want Novel headers from Japan, but the price is a bit high despite the equal length of headers.
Diffuser- WALD, Toms, Arkym, Lexon
Rear Spoiler- I'm presuming you mean trunk....WALD would be one of the few available along with Arkym, unless you can find a discontinued Ventross somewhere
Front Lip- Tom's, Arkym, Lexon, and some have used CF splitters, though those may or may not stay on at higher speeds
Yellow Fogs- What to purchase 3k HID and a film??? Vendors here on the forums sell aftermarket bulbs and HID kits. I've always gone with Xenon Depot because of their service.
Tuning- no tuning is available for the IS F currently.

Enjoy your F!

Congrats on the pickup! To answer your questions in a nutshell:

HPS silicone intake from FIGS engineering or the Joe Z pipe from L-tuned parts (also pops up in the classifieds here once in a while).

Joe Z or Borla catback, about 1300 and 1000 new respectively (used is obviously gonna be the cheapest option, found in the CL classifieds).

PPE headers from FIGS, expect pay about 1300 for the parts and around 700 for a good install.

Tom's rear diffuser is about 1000 shipped directly from Tom's.

Wald rep spoilers (called w type on eBay) range from 150 for unpainted polyurethane to about 300 for CF hybrids. The real thing will be closer to a G.

There's a bunch of front lip options out there like Tom's, Wald, Arkym, etc. A quick search here will yield where you can purchase those.

For yellow fogs, if you want it really bright get 3000k HID bulbs/ballast and yellow film, you can buy those from pretty much anywhere. For less intensity use regular 3000k halogen bulbs like Nokya, Piaa, Putco, etc.

No tuning for the F yet, and don't hold your breath on it.

Enjoy!

Are you implying that the Borla has cats and that Joe z and ISS are catless?

^jat0223, my apologies. I meant Borla is one of the few (IIRC) that is also axleback. But Joe Z and ISS are catback.

Thank you for all the information everyone! I have narrowed a few things for now! I appreciate everyone's help! I will be doing 35 percent tint all around next week, HPS or joe-z intake, order 3000k bulbs and yellow film and want to paint my calipers red but I am unsure how it will look on silver :/
