That maybe true... What you could do is get a alarm system with a tilt sensor with part of the insurance money and rims with the rest. You should be looking at 8-9k in insurance money

Atleast they left you on bricks on all 4 corners so it wouldn't damage your rotors or subframe.

The GTR in this picture didn't receive the same fate.

True!
That GTR will have some paint damage on those blocks too.

I'm so sorry that this had to happen. Dumb idiots who have nothing better to do. While I'm a strong proponent that karma will get at them hard, actions need to be taken immediately. Police report, scouring eBay and Craigslist ads, and hope that they'll be recovered. But seeing it without its wheels is truly disheartening. Best of luck with insurance and moving forward my friend!

Sorry to hear man. But zapa is right in one respect, the "book" value for the OEM wheels and tires is more than the replacement value if you know where to look. Yes, it is an awful situation to be in, but unless you have a crazy high insurance deductible, you should have same extra cash to spend on an upgrade or some theft-deterrent. Aftermarket wheel locks seem to definitely be in order.
