Default Hyperflash issue with stock blinkers

I did some searching and saw that several people have had the issue with their turn signals blinking fast (hyper flash) after LED install.
Today, my passenger side began blinking fast. Both front and rear signals are blinking fast along with the signal on the dash but my signals are stock...

Any ideas?

If they were burned out, I wouldn't think they would flash at all?

There are two bulbs per headlight up front - check that they're both lit. I just got the same thing and it's the inside bulb that's out.

One of your bulbs is dead. Replace it and BOOM back to normal.

Since I get to do this as well - is there an easier way to get at the driver's side bulbs without taking off the bumper?
