My NAV works all the time as well. Just trying to figure out if you can customize a route on the stock nav. Not so much a point A-B.

So no one else minds the three right turns instead of a simple left? Or the complete ignorance about traffic conditions? Sorry, I just can think of so many better things they could have charged me $2k+ to add to the car (like LSD, track ready suspension, etc.). There's no way the OEMs can keep up with the market because the change is so fast and so game changing.

Mine works well too and I'm in NJ. Wasn't there a change in the NAV at some point? I probably would have skipped it had there been an F on the lot w/o NAV.

When I'm traveling my phone gets me where I need to go no problem.

I think the people who like or think this OEM navi works just fine haven't actually used a great navigation/GPS system. Just like lobux said there are so many great aftermarket systems that blow this system away! I would rather waste my gas stepping on the throttle than driving miles further than I need.

I much prefer Google Maps navigation, but it's not always necessary. I usually do a check before I go somewhere to see traffic conditions, then I'm off. If it's somewhere new or very unfamiliar, I'll use Maps. If the destination is in an older area and I'm somewhat familiar and not pressed for time, the factory nav works fine.

But again, there isn't any question as to which is superior. OEM navigation is certainly overpriced, but I do like it for how it ties together the rest of the cars systems (plus non-nav dashes don't look as good, IMO).
